I was dissapointed in thriller/mystery anime lately, especially since Ookamikakushi (which I had high hope for, since the original Visual Novel was written by Ryukishi07 of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni) sucked badly. Good thing Shiki was actually good IMO.
it's quite funny seeing different artstyles between the young and the older people, and the incredibly silly hairs (Heihachi and Jinpachi hairs made laugh so hard when I saw them).
